Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credits are delivered to your wallet immediately after payment and never expire. Because delivery is instant and credits can be spent straight away, credit purchases are non-refundable once the payment completes, except in the cases listed in Section 3.

A ChapterFlow Offline license can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated. Once a key is activated, the purchase is final.

We will refund in full, regardless of the rules above, if:

• you were charged but the credits or license were not delivered to your account;
• you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment);
• money was debited for a payment that failed — such amounts are auto-reversed by Razorpay, and we will chase any that are not;
• the charge was unauthorized — report it within 7 days so we can act quickly.

Email support@chapterflow.tech from your account email with the payment date, amount, and (if you have it) the Razorpay payment or order ID. We respond within 72 hours. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

ChapterFlow has no subscriptions, so there is nothing recurring to cancel — you are only ever charged when you actively buy credits or a license. You can stop using the service, or delete your account from the Profile page, at any time; unused credits are forfeited on account deletion.
